  • Additional Users: For businesses with more than the included number of users, an additional fee of $20 - $50 per user will apply, depending on the plan.
  • Customization Options: Tailored quotes are available for clients who require highly customized services or have specific needs outside of the standard plans.


Setup Fees: A one-time $400 setup fee applies for initial network configurations and hardware installation. This fee is waived with a 24-month contract.
Emergency/After-Hours Support: Emergency support outside regular business hours is available at an hourly rate of $100 to $200 per hour.
